Norwegian Hosts Marathon at Sea

Sean Tolkin is about to become the first American to run a marathon on a cruise ship - and for a great cause.

On October 5th, Norwegian Cruise Line is holding the “Run Like a Champion, Cruise Like a Norwegian” Marathon at Sea on the Norwegian Breakaway to conclude a week of Make-A-Wish fundraising activities. Tolkin will undertake the 26.2 mile challenge to benefit the foundation with the goal of raising $26,200 ($1,000 per mile). His inspiration came from a 9-year-old boy named Santiago, who wished for a Caribbean cruise for him and his family to take a break from the daily struggles of disease.
